The Walking Dendro is a oddball large polyp stony (LPS) coral. The coral houses a comenal Sipunculid worm which will move around the tank, looking for food. It is a rare coral and is approximately 3/4 inch.
Dendros prefer low lighting (30 - 50 par) as they do not have the need for high lighting.
Low water movement is preferred as too much flow will result in a lack of polyp extension, lower flow also enables the coral to be fed more easily.
Despite being photosynthetic, dendros will require feeding for long term success. They can be fed anything from mysis shrimps to commercial coral foods.
This is a general guideline, dendros are rather sensitive to these parameters, especially to sudden changes or swings. It is ideal to keep all these parameters within range as they will change with time, due to dendros being an LPS. A good guideline will be to target stable parameters as long as they are within a reasonable range.
