Micro•Blast is a nutritious, balanced diet for sponges, anemones, gorgonians, small polyped soft and stony corals, clams, feather dusters, tunicates and other fine filter feeders, developed over years of testing. It provides for growth and increased coloration, by providing all of the essential amino acids required by invertebrates, naturally occuring marine lipids, including important omega fatty acids EPA and DHA, and a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals. It also provides rich bioavailable pigments including chlorophyll, carotenoids, and phycocyanin, containing beta-carotene, beta-cryptoxanthin, lutein, xanthophylis, zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin and other pigments for coloration. Micro•Blast does not require refrigeration, but refrigeration will prolong shelf life.
It is recommended that you turn off your protein skimmer and other filtration for 15 to 30 minutes prior to adding the Micro•Blast to the aquarium. Be careful when feeding liquid foods, not to overload the system. Nitrite testing is recommended when feeding heavily. It is recommended that you not add more than the recommended dosage of any food per day. Continuum recommends that the hobbyist vary the types and sizes of foods delivered into the reef aquarium. Other Continuum foods that make good choices for this food rotation include Coral Exponential, Phyto•Blast, Zoo•Blast and Ocean Snow. Also, occasionally blending the foods and using them as soaks for other foods will give your invertebrates a variety simulating nature. Vary the time of day for feeding, as well, being sure to feed at night for those organisms that primarily feed nocturnally. Many corals feed primarily at night, extending their tentacles and mesentarial filaments, using their nematocysts to capture prey, and entrapping prey on their sticky tentacles with mucus and drawing it into their mouths.
Shake well prior to use. Add 1/2 capful (2.5 ml) per 50 US-gallons (200 L) of marine aquarium water 2 to 3 times per week, in an area of high flow. More may be added in heavily loaded systems. May also be added at the rate of a few drops per gallon.
Target feeding is the best method of addition. Use a turkey baster, pipette, or similar tool to release upstream of animals to be fed. Do not touch corals with tool. Do not insert tool into this bottle, particularly do not allow aquarium water to enter the bottle, to do so will introduce bacteria into the product and accelerate its decomposition. Instead, pour appropriate amount of Micro•Blast into a cup and use the tool in the cup. Feed all that you pour and do not return any product to the container (again to prevent contamination).
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Not for human consumption. If ingested drink water. If in eyes flush with water.
The Fluval FX series stands for high-performance and reliability. Made in Italy, the FX4 canister filter is a compact counterpart of the FX6. FX4 is suitable for those upgrading from Fluval 406. Fluval FX4 is recommended for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums up to 1000 L (250 US Gal).

$19.30Kent Zoe is a superior vitamin complex for Marine Fish, Invertebrates, and desirable algae. (Zoe does not contain phosphates as most competing vitamin supplements do, and will not cause unsightly algae growth!) It contains aquaculture grade vitamins, meaning that they are still active after one year in your aquarium! It is unique because it also contains natural minerals from spirulina and kelp sources. Competing products are preserved with glycerin, which is an alcohol and requires 50% concentration to preserve. GENTLY MIXES YOUR CALCIUM HYDROXIDE
Kalk Stirrer (Nilsen Reactor) carries a high torque, low RPM and low voltage motor, that not only gently mixes your calcium hydroxide (kalkwasser), it is also one of the quietest in the market.
This method is not only ideal but is also the safest way of introducing the freshest kalkwasser to a reef system. Our Kalk Stirrer is designed to keep the undissolved particles at the bottom of the reactor chamber while always leaving the clear, highly saturated kalkwasser liquid at the top. Adding kalk powder is easy with just a few twists of the large thumb screws releasing the seal-tight lid for quick and easy refills.
NO NEED FOR PESKY POWERHEADS
With the built in Power Head, matched to the exact specification of our Kalkwasser Reactor, there is no need for frequent cleaning, and no more risky dosing with large vats of lime water which take up valuable space. There is no need for premixing or worry about clogging when using our innovative and efficient Kalk Stirrer (Nilsen Reactor) which are extremely easy to use and salt-water safe, making them simply the most economical and best kalk reactor in the market.
* Please do not run the Kalk Stirrer unit continuously.
For tanks up to 400L, maximum flow rate 880L/H, maximum head height 0.8m.

Our Bio Churn reactors are for those that demand the ultimate control over your Bio pellets solid carbon dosing. The superior “Churn” Style” design easily fluidizes large amounts of bio pellet media without blasting it with outrageous flow just to fluidize the media, which is a commonly found on other Bio Pellet reactors in the market today.
The unique motion these innovative reactors produce allow for much greater suspension of the media in a cyclone “churn” style motion created with our patent pending churn plate. Equipped with our very own Aquatrance recirculation pumps which features independent flow valves, so the user can independently control the flow of media within the reactor.
Our Bio Churn Reactors come in four Series including the in-sump, External/Recirculating and the Commercial line. For the ultimate control of PO4 & NO3 look no further than the Bio Churn.
