We decided to change this our loyalty program in order to enable customers to fully utilize all the points they earned. For example, purchasing a Fluval Evo 13.5 Gallon that cost $300 will yield members 3,000 points which can be exchanged for a $30 cash voucher. This voucher has no minimum spend and can be used to off set a members subsequent order.
Alternatively, members can choose to accumulate their points to fully offset higher cost items such as chillers or larger aquariums. Previously members could only opt for a 10% off.
